Well! we finish scarves for the 2012 Special Olympics USA Scarf Project, but Hamden, Connecticut reach their goal when we got ready to mail our scarves off, so we sent our scarves to Hammond, Louisiana. Hands On Youth Activities Program, Inc. has completed their scarves for the 2012 Special Olympics USA Scarf Project. We will be sending scarves to Hamden, Connecticut or Newark, Delaware. This will depend on which state has reach their goal. Hands On Youth Activities Program, Inc. will continue to make a difference in our Schools and Communities working with youth at risk of failure, teaching some forms of age old traditions. Hands On Youth participated in the 2011 Special Olympics World Winter Games. We were able to send thirteen scarves to this world event. Hats off to all who participated. Thank You Juliette
